The heart behind The Sounds of Heaven

Once upon a time, long ago, a little girl was born under miraculous circumstances in Cleveland, Ohio. She loved to play doctor and teacher in her childhood home, always drawn to helping others feel better and discover the magic of life.

That little girl was me.

Life has taken me on an extraordinary journey—from the Midwest to New England and eventually to the California coast. Along the way, I earned a master's degree in education and spent decades studying and practicing the healing arts. I have been blessed to study extensively with luminaries in the fields of nutrition, aromatherapy, clinical guided imagery, bodywork, energy healing, raw foods, conscious gardening and sound healing.

Looking back, I can see that every experience was preparing me for the work I am meant to do today—my soul's calling to serve through the healing power of sound and my partnership with crystal singing bowls. More than twenty years ago, a teacher at my healing center in Newburyport, Massachusetts, introduced me to the wonder and magic of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. The moment I saw them something deep within me awakened. The purity of their sound touched my heart and sang to my soul. I knew that someday they would become part of my life.

For years, I tried to purchase a set, but the timing was never quite right. Then, during the stillness of the 2020 lockdown, the calling became clear, and I knew the time had finally come. I whole heartedly said YES and began intuitively purchasing the bowls, with the intention to have a set of seven bowls, one for each chakra. What unfolded was something far greater. Seven bowls eventually blossomed into six beautiful sets, each carrying its own unique frequencies, purpose, and gifts. One introductory course in sound healing with crystal bowls became a multi-year journey of deep study that continues today.

From the very beginning, I lovingly thought of the bowls as my crystalline choir. Music has always been woven into my life, especially through singing. I have come to understand that my voice is my superpower. People often tell me that my speaking voice is calming, nurturing and healing; that my singing voice feels angelic and when joined with the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls it becomes a transcendent, other-worldly experience.  

Today, sound healing is at the heart of my work. It beautifully weaves together everything I have learned over my lifetime and allows me to serve in ways I never could have imagined. With extensive professional training and experience, combined with many mystical adventures, I have gathered an abundance of wisdom to share. Whether I am offering a public sound bath, a private healing session, teaching, or sharing stories from my spiritual journey, my deepest intention to help people remember the truth of who they are and reconnect with the love, wisdom, and healing that has always resided within them.
