Join us from anywhere in the world for the Monday Wisdom Circle, a weekly virtual gathering exploring spiritual and metaphysical topics for hope, healing, inspiration and awakening to love.
This week, we explore the energy anatomy of our chakra system, where spirit meets the body. Our focus is on chakras 11 and 12, located beyond the physical body, and their role in connecting us with higher realms of consciousness. Discover their significance and purpose, along with ways to clear, balance, and energize your entire chakra system.
Each 90-minute class concludes with a powerful sound healing meditation, intuitively created to deepen and enhance the theme of the week. Amy blends her angelic voice with her choir of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls for a truly transcendent experience. Connect more deeply with the mystical energy of chakras 11 & 12. and immerse yourself in the sacred sound vibrations while held within the warmth of a compassionate community.
If you miss the live event, a recording will be sent out afterwards.
